If you have won with 98.1 CHFI below is information on how you can pick up your prize. This excludes all web promotions run through the CHFI Loyalty Club Store.

When can I pick up my prize?
- Monday - 10:00a - 9:00p
- Tuesday - 10:00a - 9:00p
- Wednesday - 10:00a - 9:00p
- Thursday - 10:00a - 9:00p
- Friday - 10:00a - 9:00p
- Saturday - 10:00a - 9:00p
- Sunday - 12:00pm - 6:00p

When coming to pick up a prize please take note that...
- You will need one piece of valid government issued photo ID to pick up any prize. If the ID presented does not have an address presented upon it, you must also present an official document with this information.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have won with The Wiseguys or Ticket Blitz, and need someone to pick up your prize on your behalf, that designated person will need a photocopy of your valid government issued photo ID, a note from you authorizing the person to pick-up your prize on your behalf AND expressed permission from a CHFI representative. The Rogers Video Store employees do not work for 98.1 CHFI and WILL NOT release a prize to anyone who hasn't contacted CHFI Promotions prior to pick-up of prize. We need to change information to reflect the person picking up the prize. Unfortunately this DOES NOT apply to the CHFI Loyalty Club. If you have won a prize through the CHFI Loyalty Club it is automatically processed with the winner's information and only the winning member can pick up the prize with valid government issued photo identification that reflects the info given on the CHFI Loyalty Club account. - Your prize will be available for 30 days if you have won with The Wiseguys or Ticket Blitz. 14 days if won/redeemed through the CHFI Loyalty Club.
