The Oscar award winning actress,(for her portrayal of Helen Keller in “The Miracle Worker“)  And on the sitcom The Patty Duke Show  in the ’60’s, passed away today, from complications of a ruptured intestine. She was 69. Our thoughts are with her family, and friends.
