It’s been a glorious summer.  Pretty much near-perfect.  And it’s quite possible…we’re really going to pay!  Hate to be the bearer of bad news but it’s looking more and more like this will be an ice-cold, snowy, nasty winter.  The organization behind this prediction is rarely wrong (unfortunately!) as the CBC reports.  Even more reason to get out and enjoy this stellar long weekend!
