According to a new study, the average person is stressed out for about two hours a day.

It means we spend about five-and-a-half YEARS of our life stressed out!  Scary eh?

1.  Being late.

2.  Traffic.

3.  Our own health issues.

4.  A family member’s health issues.

5.  Deadlines.

6.  Not being able to afford things.

7.  Putting on weight.

8.  Telemarketers.

9.  Being in debt.

10.  Being stuck in a long line.
