Such sad news today, out of Florida, where former Toronto Blue Jay pitcher, Roy Halladay has been confirmed as the only fatality in a small  engine plane crash in the Gulf of Mexico. Details are scarce for now, but we are sending our deepest condolences to Roy’s family, and friends, as well as his extended family, at the Blue Jays. What can we say about what a great person Roy was, a gentleman both on and off the field. As well, he was one of the greatest pitchers ever. You will be missed Roy. Thanks for all you did for baseball, and for the city of Toronto. The details we have so far, are here.
