Adele Makes Comeback with New Single 'Easy On Me'

Ladies and gentlemen, Adele.

Marking this as her first single in six years, Adele releases her new single, Easy On Me.  This is Adele’s first release off of her upcoming album, 30, which is set to drop on November 19.

To give you an idea of what to expect with 30, Adele recently did an Insta-Live where a fan asked what the album would be based on, and she revealed, “Divorce, babe, divorce.  Writing my music has been really therapeutic, for sure.”

In addition to her new single, Adele released a black-and-white music video, where we see her insert a cassette tape into her cars player, and she sits behind the wheel, and drives down a country road.

Talking about the album process, Adele shares on Instagram, “I was certainly nowhere near where I’d hoped to be when I first started it nearly 3 years ago.  Quite the opposite actually. I rely on routine and consistency to feel safe, I always have. And yet there I was knowingly – willingly even, throwing myself into a maze of absolute mess and inner turmoil!”
