Let’s face it, the weather this spring has been unpredictable. In the spirit of these changing temperatures, we’ve put together a list with a variety of indoor and outdoor activities. Whether you want to face the cold, or stay inside, you can:

1. Browse one of a kind gifts

The One of a Kind Spring Show is on until April 3 at the Enercare Centre in Exhibition Place. This artisan craft fair has over 350 vendors in attendance, each selling their own unique handmade craft items. Whether you’re looking for some gifts or just want to browse for yourself, there is sure to be something for everyone.

2. Go out for a patio party

This next outdoor event is 19+, so you’ll have to leave the kids at home. The downtown RendezViews patio will host a launch party for theScore Bet, a new sports betting app, from April 2-4. Festivities include food and drink, live music, giveaways, and watch parties for sporting events. The Canadian act Sam Roberts Band will be headlining the event.

3. Pillow fight!

Every first Saturday of April, the world celebrates international pillow fight day, with pillow fights being held across the globe. Toronto’s pillow fighting battle will be held at Nathan Phillips Square at 3 p.m. this Saturday April 2. Make sure to bring your light, featherless, pillow so no one gets hurt.

4. Visit a local, handmade market

Queen St Marketplace is an indoor marketplace that features the handmade works of over 50 independent artists, artisans, makers, and designers. This Sunday April 3, take advantage of its free admission and visit the historic Great Hall for two floors of local vendors. The first 30 people there will get a VIP swag bag!

5. Experience a symphony in Toronto’s castle

Live music, a picturesque castle, and a tunnel leading to an intimate candlelit room are what you can expect at Casa Loma’s Candlelit Symphony. The program varies by the day: Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays feature music from popular films like Star Wars. On Fridays and Saturdays, the selection is centred around Broadway and Opera, like Phantom of the Opera and more.
