2. Canada’s National Ballet School – Block Party
Join Canada’s National Ballet School’s – first-ever Block Party on June 4, 2022!
An open house with a festival feel, activities and performances, the NBS Block Party is a celebration of community and the power of dance. Thanks to the generous supporters of Dancing Opens Doors and the NBS Block Party for making this a free event!

 

3. Pride Month Kickoff at stackt
Over the month of June, stackt will be celebrating Pride Month through a wide array of epic programming, events, art installations, and musical performances celebrating Toronto’s 2SLGBTQ+ community. stackt is teaming up with Pride Toronto to exhibit multiple free, public art installations by local 2SLGBTQ+ artists, which will be on-site for the entire month of June. Come to stackt on June 4th for its Pride kickoff party, where you can dance, eat, shop, explore + discover the city’s best 2SLGBTQ+ creators + artists.

 

4. Cabbagetown Hidden Gardens & Private Spaces Tour
This year’s tour includes many gardens that show creativity with small inner-city spaces, unique plantings, dealing with shade, and the occasional visit by wildlife. Find inspiration for your personal garden space, gather with friends, explore local shops and restaurants, tour the neighbourhood, and celebrate beautiful historic Cabbagetown.

 

5. Art Tour – West Toronto Artists
In Toronto’s West End, experience original art by 23 local artists outdoors in 14 different locations in Bloor West, High Park, the Junction and more! Exhibits will be open on June 4th and 5th, from 11 am to 5 pm on both days and admission is free.
