Hosted across two stages – our celebrated Concert Stage and our newly minted Stage in the Park (an intimate side-stage on the waterfront that will feature new, flourishing artists) – audiences can expect a thrilling series of performances that capture the magic of summer in the city. 34th Annual Beaches Jazz Festival
Toronto’s favourite free music festival and summer highlight, the Beaches Jazz Festival is back for its 34th year, July 2 – 24, 2022. After two years of virtual and drive-in events, the Beaches Jazz Fest returns live and in-person for its regular month-long summer programming. The free admission Festival will feature emerging and established local and International artists at multiple stages and venues across the East End, including the return of Festival favourites like StreetFest. The 34th Annual Beaches International Jazz Festival is one that can’t be missed.

Indigenous Dialogues
Join us for a discussion on the Indigenous heritage of T’karonto and Turtle Island, and learn about the inherent rights and intimate relationships of First Nations peoples to these ecosystems. This land-based educational session will be led by a critical Indigenous perspective on the impact of colonialism.
Tour Information
This Heritage Toronto tour runs rain or shine and lasts approximately 90 minutes. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and consider bringing sunscreen and water to make your tour as enjoyable as possible.

Afro Caribbean Farmers’ Market
Toronto, Ontario – The Afro Caribbean Farmers’ Market, Canada’s first culturally specific farmers’ market kicks off its second season on Sunday July 3 and runs 13 weeks to September 25 from 11am to 3pm in Toronto’s LITTLE JAMAICA neighborhood. The Green P Carpark located at 1531 Eglinton Ave West, will once again turn into a festive and fun food centered space that celebrates Afro Caribbean culture! York-Eglinton BIA hosts Toronto’s most colorful and spicy farmers’ market.

Canada Day Celebration
Downsview Park invites the community to celebrate Canada Day at the Park. Thousands are expected to attend the all-ages event, which has become a signature annual Downsview Park celebration.
Everyone will be treated to a variety of free activities, including inflatables and live entertainment. Food trucks and vendors will also be on site. The day will conclude with an impressive firework
