Mila Kunis is one of Hollywood’s most in-demand actresses, but her role as mom always comes first. The star recently reminisced on her first year as a parent of two, and revealed that being a working mother is not always easy, even if you’re a celebrity.

“Working full-time, my husband has moved his company here, so he works full-time. We needed help,” the star told ETadding that she still struggles with work-life balance. “You’re still stressed out and there’s still the idea of the guilt of leaving your kids, but you know that they’ll be OK. Because I’ve already done it once and the kid doesn’t resent me, so I was like, ‘OK, I think I can do this.'”

Mila and her husband Ashton Kutcher are the ultimate team when it comes to raising their son and daughter. The actress explained that they’re determined to make sure their children don’t feel entitled, therefore they have implemented a new Christmas family tradition in the Kutcher household, “So far our tradition is no presents for the kids. We’re instituting it this year. We’d like to make a charitable donation, to the Children’s Hospital, whatever you want!”

When it comes to the couple’s youngest child Dimitri, who turns one next month, Mila has adopted an even more relaxed method to motherhood.

“I think I’m a little bit less stressed over what to anticipate. I was pretty relaxed with the first, so this one is really, fully [relaxed],” she shared candidly with ET, joking, “It’s one of those where I’m like, ‘Where is he again?’”

The actress is equally nonchalant and real when it comes to losing baby weight. “It’s lots of gymming. I’m not one of those people that’s like, ‘What do you mean? This is all natural!”

Bad Moms was a total hit, so it’s only natural that a second one is on its way. This time, the movie is filled with Christmas cheer and a new set of moms. A Bad Moms Christmas sees Mila and her comedic co-stars Kristen Bell and Kathryn Hahn battle it out with their own moms during the holiday season. If the trailer is any hint, this blockbuster promises to be a hilarious sequence of events.
