Taylor Swift has just released the new music video for her latest single, ‘Ready For It’.

The video was directed by Joseph Khan, who has worked with Taylor quite a bit in the past, most notably for her ‘Bad Blood’ music video; there is a similar futuristic vibe to both videos.

As always with Taylor Swift music videos, the use of imagery is very prominent.

Taylor appears to reference her rumoured new boyfriend Joe Alwyn as messages ‘UR Gorgeous’ and “I Love You in Secret” appear painted on walls during the video.

Eagle eyed fans also noticed the numbers ‘89’ and ‘91’ in the video which could be a reference to her own birth year (1989, also the title of one of her biggest albums to date) and ‘91’, a reference to Joe’s birth year.

Rolling Stone actually published ’13 Things You Missed’ from the ‘Ready For It’ music video.

‘Ready For It’ was initially released over the Labour Day weekend during an NCAA College Football game.

‘Ready For It’ follows the lead single, ‘Look What You Made Me Do’ which will appear on Taylor’s forthcoming album, Reputation which is due out November 10th.
