Don’t be surprised if you receive a blank post card in the mail. Canada Post announced a new campaign this week that will see them deliver over 13 million free postcards, one to every residential address in the country.

It’s part of a campaign called “Write Here, Write Now”, meant to encourage you to bring a smile to a friend or family member by sending them a hand-written letter.

There are 6 different designs, but each postcard features messages of love, appreciation or thanks. You can send it to anyone you want, anywhere in Canada. No stamps required! Just drop it in any Canada Post mailbox or bring it to the post office.

Canada Post will start sending out the blank postcards on March 1st, so keep an eye out for yours starting next week!
