Taste of the Middle East Toronto Festival 2022 Celebrating Arabic Music, Art and Heritage – Are you ready for an explosion of Arabic Music, Art, Heritage & Food this summer? The Taste of the Middle East Toronto Festival 2022 Celebrating Arabic Music, Art and Heritage, will transform Nathan Philips Square into a walk through the streets of the Middle Eastern culture and community. Serving up the delightful tastes of the Middle East’s diversified flavours and cultures. The 5th Annual Taste of the Middle East Festival will be 3 DAYS this summer: Friday, July 22 from 6 pm to 11 pm* Saturday, July 23 from 12 pm to 11 pm and Sunday, July 24 from 12 pm to 9 pm
Taste of the Middle East Toronto Festival 2022 Celebrating Arabic Music, Art and Heritage, at Nathan Philips Square, inspired by the concept of 1001 Flavours, will strive to showcase an eclectic mix of new and emerging local artists, old favourites, and some of today’s most prominent performers in Toronto’s Canadian Middle Eastern community.

Fun Philippines FestivalLittle Manila will be hosting the much-awaited Filipino Street Festival, Fun Philippines. Colourful parades celebrating the country’s culture will make their way through the festival showcasing different Philippine regional festivals. The 1 km stretch of Bathurst St. will be lined with food, craft vendors, activities, and installations. It’s a tasteful experience of food, entertainment, culture, and world-renowned hospitably.

YOUTH DAY 2022 Yonge-Dundas Square again celebrates the Talents of aspiring Artists showcasing their Music, Dance, Art, Photography, Fashion & Film. The FREE Creative Arts Festival, includes a vibrant YD Market on a closed Yonge Street from Dundas to Queen, featuring delicious Food Tables & Trucks, plus interesting Artisan Tents. This 16th year of YD, the Theme is “Welcome Back… to the Roaring ’20’s!”, reflecting the Arts of the last 100 years… The non-profit entity again expect some 40,000 visitors on the big day, and invites Toronto Artists under 29 & Volunteers to BE PART OF IT! by registering at www.youthdayglobal.com

 

Festival of South Asia 2022 –  July 23 and July 24, 2022 The TD Festival of South Asia embraces multidisciplinary arts and foods from all the countries in South Asia. Literary Arts, Visual Arts, Performances and Live Music emanates from the stage all weekend. If you can’t fly to South Asia this summer come attend this festival and experience a slice of the culture. Admission is FREE. Gerrard St. East from Coxwell to Greenwood. The main focus of the Festival of South Asia is to celebrate the diversity of South Asian culture. The Festival of South Asia is a multi-cultural experience of tastes, sounds, and sights of South Asia as well as arts and culture. The festival brings 200,000 visitors in over the weekend to meet people from their community, participate in cultural activities with their families.

 

Toronto Summer Music Festival (TSM) – The Festival runs concurrently with the Academy program and features renowned Canadian and international artists in a series of concerts and masterclasses. Our goal is to create an inspirational atmosphere among the performers in the Festival, the students and faculty in the Academy, auditors of the masterclasses, and the public to provide everyone with an opportunity to explore a wide range of musical styles and activities.
