Celebrate National Pancake Day (or any day) with these delicious and packed with protein pancakes!  Check it out:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of cooked steel cut oats

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 scoop protein powder

Cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1 egg

Little bit of milk

 

Directions:

Stir up and whisk.

 

Makes 3-5 pancakes.  Top with syrup or fruit compote (if you wanna keep it healthy)
